Meet Lindsey Artuso

Nutritional Therapy Practitioner

Hello there, I’m Lindsey! I am 29 years old and have struggled with constipation, gas, and bloating for my entire life. Secondary to these problems I was chronically exhausted, had brain fog, couldn’t focus, had joint pain, struggled with anxiety and just felt blah all the time. I saw multiple doctors  and usually just ended up with a different laxative and an IBS-C diagnosis. Nothing helped me feel better and I felt so defeated. I just wanted relief from these horrible symptoms that interfered with my life.

Thankfully, I discovered the Nutritional Therapy Association. I was so intrigued and learned as much as I could and knew almost immediately that I wanted to be an NTP. I wanted to heal myself and I wanted to help people just like me get relief from their symptoms.

After completing the NTA program, I feel like a new person. I now know how to support the process of digestion. My gut symptoms have improved significantly, I’m not chronically exhausted throughout the day, I don’t have terrible anxiety about being out in public, and I’m able to focus.

Now, I want to help you do the same 🙂

HTMA Beta Group Offer

Healthy Food

What is HTMA?

  • a soft tissue mineral biopsy from the hair that provides information on mineral status and heavy metal accumulation over the previous 2-3 months.

  • mineral levels are kept relatively constant in the blood which can make it more difficult to detect imbalances in trace mineral levels.

  • minerals will be taken from the tissues to maintain the blood - so someone could have depleted minerals and not be aware when getting blood testing.

  • heavy metals are not found in high levels in the blood — they are found in soft tissue which is why a hair sample is the preferred testing method
